Hi There! We have an awesome online auction in the works starting on Friday, July 7th at 8:00am. The items included in this online auction are from a lovely, lakeside lodge style home in the Findley Lake, featuring incredibly unique cabin/rustic furnishings mixed in with a few contemporary furnishings, decor, nature prints and more. Please note, several pieces of furniture included in the auction are located at the couple's home in Fairview and will need to be picked-up at the home in Fairview. The items needed to be picked-up in Fairview will be notated in the item description. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind online auction that gives off some serious Summer vibes!
The online auction is hosted at estatesales.net where you can access the auction and get in on the bidding action. As long as you have an account on estatesales.net and a strong internet connection, you'll be ready to participate in this auction and any future online auctions down the road.
A preview/inspection day is scheduled for Saturday , July 8th from 12pm-2pm which gives you the opportunity to see the items in person. The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item.
