All items sold without a buyers premium. So, consider that when placing bids. Also, we encourage everyone to bid early on the lots you're interested in purchasing. Estatesales.net bidding system with bid competitively for you if you bid a higher amount. If you bid early the system will show you all your lots in the order they will be ending. Please be careful to make sure you enter your correct bid amount since bids can't be cancelled.

We ask that you send us a release statement with a list of your purchases along with the name and contact information of your shipper. It must be emailed to us before any merchandise can be released. Handling of purchased lots by us is at the entire risk of the Purchaser and we will have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, regardless of the reason or cause.
