All item descriptions and measurements will be added by Saturday, 12/2. You’ll have the opportunity to personally inspect the offerings at the home on Tuesday, 12/5 from 4-6pm.

Online Auction Run Date
-Saturday, December 2nd-Friday, December 8th
-(Please Note: Lots will close between 6-8pm on Friday, December 8th). Each item has a countdown clock so you’ll know when the bidding ends). The very last items close at 8pm, which effectively ends the auction, however items will start to close at 6pm.
Preview and Inspection Evening
-Tuesday, December 5th from 4-6pm.
This is your opportunity to look at the offerings up close and personal…. measure, sit, touch, start-up, etc. Please message Chris with your name at 814-504-9532 to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to make it, but have additional questions about an item, please call or text during the preview time at 814-504-9532.
Auction Closing
-Friday, December 8th between 6-8pm. This is when you get serious about your bidding strategy!
Pick-Up Date
-Monday, December 11th between 10am-5pm. You’ll receive an email shortly after the auction, between 8:30-9:00pm with the pick-up address and any additional information about pick-up. Please check you spam/junk email as well for this communication at that time.
Auction Format Information
The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item. Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes.
-Bidding Example
You are bidding on a lamp and place a max bid of $58.00 towards the end of the auction. The auction ends on the item and you win the item for $39.00. This means the next highest bidder had a high bid of $38.00, however you were willing to go up to $58.00. Your maximum bid doesn’t automatically jump to that amount when you place the bid. The bid only is increased if there are other bidders actively bidding on the item. Your maximum bids are hidden from other bidders, essentially creating a level playing field.
