ALL BUYERS will receive an email approx. 1 hour after the auction closes with a link to Sign Up Genius day and time are on a first come basis so please make sure you can be flexible or be able to send someone to pick up for you. Buyer is responsible for moving large and heavy items this includes bringing appropriate help to move items, we will not have staff available to help. ALL sales are final, if you dispute a charge at a later date even if it's by accident you are responsible to reimburse Estates Unlimited for fees or be blocked from further Auctions.
