Cleanout Lot Two includes all contents in kitchen, including dishes, cookware, utensils, decor, items pictured in pantry closet, and the rolling kitchen island.
This lot does not include kitchen table, chairs, or window treatments.
As stated in the terms, this lot is so with all items in as-is condition. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. If you fail to pick up your item during the pickup time (Friday April 19th between 9am and 12pm) we will have to consider the lot abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out.
Winning bidders are not required to take everything pictured if they do not have a use for any particular item. However, there will be no refunds or price adjustments given if winning bidder chooses not to take every available item.
All items must be removed from the property on Friday April 19th. If you are not able to arrange the proper vehicles or supplies needed, please do not bid.

We DO NOT move or load furniture. You must bring your own moving supplies, labor and proper vehicle. If you can't move it, you can't buy it!
