Ended Cleanout Lot 9: Contents of One-Half of Basement

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Any items paid for but not retrieved by Friday April 19th, 2024 will be considered abandoned property and no refund will be issued.

Please Read the Terms Stated Below for this Sale:
1. Each lot includes all items pictured excluding anything attached to the home. All items are sold in as-is, used condition.
2. Winning bidders are not required to take all items in the lot, but no price adjustments or refunds will be provided if winning bidder decides to leave any items they cannot use.
3. Winning bidders are required to pick up all items in their lot on Friday April 19th between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
4. Winning bidders are required to bring their own packing materials, tools, and labor. Green Eyes Estate Sale staff cannot pack, move or load items.
5. This property sits on top of a hill. Winning bidders will be able to use the driveway to load items. Please be aware that space in the driveway is limited and will have to be shared during pickup.

We DO NOT move or load furniture. You must bring your own moving supplies, labor and proper vehicle. If you can't move it, you can't buy it!
