As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

All items not picked up on the scheduled day and time are charged to the card on file and forfeited
Please bring help to carry and load items. Items can be located up or down stairs or must go thru narrow doorways. While loading out items everyone is responsible for any damage they cause. We will try and have help onsite but can't guarantee,.
If you would like contact info for a moving crew with a truck to load your items and deliver to you reach out and we can refer you to some locals. Payment for such services are the responsibility of the buyer/winner

There is no buyers premium but a service charge added to each item in the amount of $295.00

All credit cards are processed at the close of the auction. All items not picked up on the designated day forfeits their purchase. Items not picked up will be resold at a later date or disposed of. Ankeney Estate Sales has the right to charge the buyers Credit Card on file, $25.00 per item that is not picked up at the designated time as a disposal /restock fee.

If a buyer purchases many items in each lot, the buyer must take everything in the lot. If a buyer doesn't take all items that were won Ankeney Estate Sales will charge a $25.00 disposal / restock fee

Buyers are responsible for disassembling, loading, carrying items. Special care is to be taken when picking up items as any damage caused by buyer could constitute a charge for repair
