Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.
Please be sure to read the entire item description. Some items may have additional information provided in the FAQ section. If you're not sure, please ask.

Pickup is scheduled for June 29th through July 6th in New Rochelle. Times are negotiable. There is NO delivery option for this sale.

PLACE YOUR BIDS CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE NO BACKSIES. If you should accidentally overbid, you cannot undo it and it blocks the bid for others.

Instructions for bidding registration:
1. The auctioneer shall designate the winning bidder after each item is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding. The decision of the auctioneer is final and absolute.
2. 1. All items are sold “AS IS”. Please review our terms as well as the posted photos before bidding. By registering and/or bidding on our auctions at any time, represent that you have read and agree to our auction terms, shipping and payment policies.
3. 5. Unforeseen circumstances, such as auction cancellation, mismatched photos, incorrect data, etc.), may cause your bid to become invalid. Bonkers in Yonkers will be the decision maker to solve such problems.
4. 6. You, the bidder, must take full responsibility for your bid(s). Bidding mistakes cannot be changed or cancelled without a valid reason. Check and double check and triple check before bidding.

Payment Policy:
1. Payment is due immediately after the winning bid is confirmed. If the winning bidder fails to pay within 3 days, a late fee of 1% per day will be incurred. The winning bidder is responsible for any loss or other fees or damages incurred. Bonkers in Yonkers will make reasonable accommodations, but cannot promise to hold lots. Bonkers in Yonkers reserves the right to re-offer/cancel the items.
2. A failure by the winning bidder to contact Bonkers in Yonkers immediately and/or pay for items/ winning bids will cause a cancellation of the sale of the item.
3. All sales must be made under Buyers Premium.
1. Payment must be made by PayPal or Zelle.
2. If you want to use a credit card, you can only use payment methods provided by the LivePayments system. Bonkers in Yonkers does not accept credit cards.

Sales Tax:
All purchases (including buyer's premium) will be subject to NY Sales Tax 8.875% unless the purchaser has a valid Tax Exempt or Resale Certificate BID Policy:
If new phone call bidders register for the auction, Bonkers for Yonkers needs bidders to provide full name, phone number, email and credit card number. All bids must be registered with us in advance before the auction start, and then real-time bidding by phone can take place.

Shipping and Pickup Policy:
Shipping is not available. All winning bids must be picked up at the agreed-upon place and time without exception.

Storage Policy:
Storage is not available. All winning bids must be picked up at the agreed-upon place and time without exception. Winning bids that are not picked up will be forfeited and available for resale.

Refund & Return Policy:
Determination of the age, condition, quality, authenticity, value, purported history, or classification of all items offered and sold (regardless of what is said or written) is the sole responsibility of the bidder/purchaser. Items are non-returnable except for the following reason: In the event of a disputed misrepresentation of the product, the successful bidder has exactly 3 days from the day of the sale to notify Bonkers in Yonkers. After 3 days all sales are final. Please refer to our website for a complete copy of our terms and conditions.
