We have a great mid-April online auction in store for you at one of my all-time favorite homes in North East. As a North East native, I've always had a soft spot for this particular home near Freeport Beach, and it's a privilege to help re-home some of its offerings to folks who can put them to good use and become their next caretakers in a sustainable way. This is a curated downsizing online auction — not a big auction, but a really nice one.
