ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION

All items are described and photographed to the best of our ability. Descriptions are written in good faith based on our inspection, available information, and opinion. Photos are part of the description and condition report.

All items are sold as-is and final. Many items may show signs of age, handling, use, wear, scratches, chips, cracks, repairs, toning, tarnish, stains, losses, restoration, or other imperfections. Buyers should review all photos carefully and ask questions before bidding.

Measurements, weights, dates, materials, artist names, maker names, origins, age, periods, and descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. Unless an item is accompanied by a recognized third-party certificate or grading holder, any statement regarding age, attribution, authenticity, grade, condition, or origin is our opinion only.

SILVER, COINS, BULLION & PRECIOUS METALS

For items described as silver, sterling silver, coin silver, 90% silver, 40% silver, .999 fine silver, bullion, or another stated precious metal content, we guarantee the stated metal content to the best of our knowledge. Items may be tested, inspected, weighed, or checked when applicable.

Coin grades, bullion condition, toning, spotting, scratches, milk spots, cleaning, edge marks, or holder condition are not guaranteed unless specifically certified by a recognized third-party grading company. Any uncertified grade or condition statement is our opinion only.

BIDDING & FINAL SALE

All bids are binding. Please only bid if you intend to complete the purchase.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, failure to read the description, condition issues shown in the photos, misunderstanding of size or weight, market value changes, or disagreement with our opinion of age, condition, attribution, or grade.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within the required time frame after the sale closes. Buyer is responsible for the hammer price or purchase price, buyer’s premium, taxes, shipping, handling, pickup fees, storage fees, and any other applicable charges.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled, reported to the selling platform, and may result in restrictions on future bidding or purchasing.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available for most items unless otherwise stated. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, packing, and insurance costs.

We may combine shipping when possible, but combined shipping is not guaranteed. Large, heavy, fragile, high-value, or unusually shaped items may require separate shipping.

In-house shipping may include a handling/materials fee to cover packing supplies, labor, and processing. We pack items carefully, but once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery time, carrier handling, delays, loss, or damage are outside of our direct control.

High-value items, jewelry, coins, bullion, silver, fragile items, or other valuable property may require insurance, signature confirmation, or additional shipping protection at our discretion.

We only ship to the buyer’s approved invoice/payment address unless an address change is approved in writing and properly verified.

PICKUP

Local pickup is by appointment only. We do not have a storefront, so someone must be scheduled to accommodate the pickup.

Unscheduled pickups may not be accepted. Buyer must contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time.

If the buyer sends a third party, shipper, courier, friend, or family member to pick up an item, written authorization is required before release. We may require the full name of the person picking up, company name if applicable, and written confirmation from the buyer authorizing release of the item.

Once an item is picked up by the buyer or authorized third party, the item is considered received and accepted.

STORAGE & ABANDONED ITEMS

Items must be paid for and picked up or shipped within the required time frame.

Storage fees may apply to items not picked up or shipped within 7 days after the auction, invoice, or shipping quote/payment request. Storage is $1 per item per day unless otherwise stated.

Items not paid for, picked up, or shipped within 30 days may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund, unless prior written arrangements have been made.

RETURNS, CLAIMS & DISPUTES

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except in the rare case of a material error in description that is not visible in the photos and was not disclosed.

Any claim must be made promptly after delivery or pickup. Buyer must keep all original packaging, labels, and materials for any shipping damage or insurance claim.

For shipping damage, loss, or delay, claims are handled according to the carrier’s rules and insurance coverage. Refunds or compensation are not guaranteed unless approved by the carrier, insurer, or selling platform.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, false claims, or abuse of the dispute process may be reported to the selling platform and may result in restriction from future bidding or purchasing.

GENERAL TERMS

We reserve the right to correct listing errors, withdraw items, refuse service, cancel unpaid orders, or block bidders when necessary.
