Dr. Alan Lloyd Hargrave, lived a life devoted to service, education, and community. A respected higher education administrator, Alan retired in 2021 from Ball State University after 35 years as Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Director of Housing and Residence Life. His leadership shaped campus life through the construction and renovation of residence halls, and his commitment to care, inclusion, and student growth left a lasting legacy.
