Load out of large items must be arranged for after the sale. The soda fountain, jukebox, auto hoist ect, must be arranged for removal. Bring your own help for large items.
There is a renter on the property who is also acting armed security. This sale is in the shop and NOT THE HOUSE. Do not disturb the onsite renter at the house for any reason. This is a lifetime collection belonging to a vintage hotrod car guy. The sale will be a collection, 75 years in the making, of his tools, car parts, soda, and other various items found at garage sales and swap meets.
