Although this bench is attributed to Milo Baughman based upon our research basically and has the characteristics of his furniture, it is not signed and accordingly there is no assurance that it was designed by him, and is a piece that is only in his manner.
Minor surface wear consistent with age and use, included areas with minor scuffs and scratches.
Milo Baughman (1923–2003) was a highly influential American furniture designer celebrated for his modern, functional, and timeless pieces that are a hallmark of the mid-century modern movement. He is best known for his 50-year collaboration with furniture maker Thayer Coggin, creating iconic designs such as modular sectionals and sleek chairs that used materials like chrome, brass, glass, and burl wood. Baughman also lectured on design and was inducted into the Furniture Hall of Fame.
