No returns, Items can be viewed at our store prior to buying, contacts can be made for buyer's questions prior to purchasing however, first buyer receives the item as the sale is a buy-it-now sale not an auction. Items can be picked up in Kalispell, MT at our store to avoid delivery delays by contacting us and set a time from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday - Friday pick up 9:00- 12:00 Noon.

Buyers Notice: 1. Shipping costs are included in the price you paid for each item purchased in this sale unless it was a multi-item price.
2. You are being charged $2.95 buyer's fee for each item you purchase according to your purchase agreement with EstateSales.net. Montana Mini Mall for this sale has invoked the following policy for that fee:
A. One or more purchases made in a single order and placed in a single package or multiple packages and the payment for that order is $175 or more Montana Mini Mall will refund each $2.95 buyer's fee paid by the buyer for that order by crediting the buyer's settlement account that amount.
